Due to increase order value and the impact of COVID-19. It may take longer than usual to fulfill the order. We are working to get the order to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 days in business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, Consignment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If you didn’t receive your parcel item for a long time, then please contact the shipping courier with your tracking code, and for any further help you can contact our team through email for more assistance or unanswered questions.
Yes, we ship our products all around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

* Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Maximum delivery time is 45 business days for international orders.

If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the respected carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link. But If your order was placed more than a week and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase can sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
Delivery deadlines depend upon the address that you provided to us and the stocks availability for dispatch. In case of any disparity in your existing order we will contact you asap. Please make sure that you provide the accurate details such as address, area codes, phone number and email address.
Julia Gavrilova is not liable to pay any refund for late delivery in respect of:
1. Consignments addressed to a PO Box address unless designated as permissible on our website;
2. Consignments addressed to a PO Box or local post office where the postal delivery agent operates a held for collection process;
3. Any delay in delivery due to acts or omissions of customers or other regulatory agencies;
4. Delays in delivery caused by adherence to courier policies regarding the payment of duties and taxes.
Julia Gavrilova shall not be liable to pay any compensation or refund for delay where:
1. The consignment was held up in customers for formal entry clearance or because duty is payable;
2. The consignment needs to be collected by the recipient in person;
3. The consignment is seized by any customers authority;
4. The consignment does not have a complete and accurate address, postcode and phone number for the customer;
5. It is indicated in the country specific information that the delivery guarantee does not apply;
6. Julia Gavrilova shall have no liability for loss, damage and delay where a consignment is dispatched to a destination where the service has been suspended.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Julia Gavrilova is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
MISSING ITEMS/DAMAGED GOODS
If we’re not able to supply any of your ordered product due to some of our fault we will initiate the refund, or replacement. You can call us or contact via email address.
Refunds will not be given for products that have been damaged whilst in the care of the customer due to misuse or neglect.
Julia Gavrilova is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We do our best and check that the product is the best possible quality. However, if you receive a product that is wrong, if it arrives to you damaged or defective, we will readily accept returns free of charge. If it is possible, we can also replace the item.
We offer 7 days return policy to our customers. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURNS NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
All items must be complete, undamaged and in saleable condition.
Returns have to be sent via registered mail.
Delivered item is wrong, defective or damaged.
All items have to be in their original packaging and well packed for shipping.
Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be refunded or replaced.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe and undamaged arrival of the returned item(s).
Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s).
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Once we approved your product for return, you can return the item.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (within a month).
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, then you can change and cancel order. It must be required for user to contact us within 12 hours regarding order cancellation or change.
Once the product packaged and ready for the shipping then you're not eligible to cancel it anymore.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only exchange items if they are wrong item, defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
